Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases, effectively presenting our tech products and services.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the account management team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Provide timely and professional follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and pending deals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a direct sales role, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong experience.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
