- Engage with potential customers via chat to explain Saparks Swim products and services
- Deliver friendly and persuasive communication to convert leads into sales
- Manage and follow up on customer leads systematically
- Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak persuasively
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat platforms
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous

- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred)
