You will play a pivotal role in our sales ecosystem, engaging with potential leads, explaining complex credit structures in simple terms, and converting interest into successful transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact potential leads and follow up on customer inquiries regarding OLXmobbi automotive credit products.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding loan terms, interest rates, and application processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to increase lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the credit and operations team to ensure smooth application processing for customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow-ups within our CRM system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to address their concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a credit-related sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle high-volume calling.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on financial detail.
- Willingness to work under a contract-based employment structure in Jakarta Selatan.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team goals.
