OLX Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Telesales Credit professional to join our fast-growing OLXmobbi team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-value automotive products and our customers, guiding them through credit solutions that make car ownership accessible and seamless.

You will play a pivotal role in our sales ecosystem, engaging with potential leads, explaining complex credit structures in simple terms, and converting interest into successful transactions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively contact potential leads and follow up on customer inquiries regarding OLXmobbi automotive credit products.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding loan terms, interest rates, and application processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the credit and operations team to ensure smooth application processing for customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow-ups within our CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to address their concerns.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a credit-related sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle high-volume calling.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on financial detail.
  • Willingness to work under a contract-based employment structure in Jakarta Selatan.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team goals.
