Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and drive sales.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and standard MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
