As a Telesales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales initiatives while simultaneously providing top-tier support for inbound inquiries. Your day-to-day operations will involve handling tele-sales activities, addressing customer questions, managing after-sales support, and performing essential office administration duties.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and drive sales.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly phone manner.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and standard MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a positive attitude.
