In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential students and parents, transforming interest into enrollment through effective communication.

We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales. While any sales background is valuable, we strongly prefer candidates from the education or B2C sectors who understand the nuances of customer engagement. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing outbound calls, qualifying leads, and demonstrating our comprehensive online learning platforms.   • Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Present 51Talk's online English learning programs and curriculum details to potential clients.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the best educational packages.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or direct sales.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the education or B2C industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is a plus.
