Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Present and explain DHL Express products and services to meet customer needs
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups and upselling
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is advantageous but not required
