Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Cartrack’s fleet management and tracking solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
- Persuade potential clients to schedule product demonstrations and secure contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on results.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid NIK (KTP) and willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
