Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce services and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports to management regarding sales pipelines and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any field.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software (Excel, Email).
- Ability to work full-time in the Bukit Jalil office.
