Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals within the automotive industry.
- Present vehicle features, pricing options, and financing packages to prospective clients to meet sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve customer issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, real estate, or telecommunication industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve high commission earnings.
