In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, introducing businesses to Barantum’s industry-leading CRM, Omnichannel, and Call Center solutions.

We are looking for a persuasive communicator who excels at building relationships over the phone. You will play a critical role in educating potential clients on how our technology can transform their operational efficiency, automate their sales processes, and improve their customer service workflows. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect potential B2B clients via cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Barantum CRM, Omnichannel, and Call Center software to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and follow-up activities to build a robust pipeline.
  • Accurately update and maintain client interaction data within our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies and feedback loops.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (B2B background is a plus).
  • Strong passion for SaaS, technology, and business process optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Fast learner, eager to understand technical software features and translate them into business benefits.
  • Goal-oriented individual with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
