Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our range of imaging and optical products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of customer needs
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and availability
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and overcome challenges
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible customer service
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with good academic results
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related field is advantageous
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Available to start in June 2026 as specified in the job intake
