Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote and sell a range of insurance products offered by the E-commerce platform.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of various insurance policies, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Effectively manage and update customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Handle customer objections and rejections professionally, turning potential cancellations into successful sales where possible.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in telesales, direct sales, or customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
- A strong target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to understand customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Malaysia.
