- Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce and promote our service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and individual performance targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to a positive office culture.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an articulate and persuasive communication style.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new scripts and sales strategies.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus for market reach).
- Must be comfortable working in a standard office environment.
