As a Telesales Specialist, you will be the primary touchpoint for our customers. You will handle outbound calls to prospective clients, present our loan products, understand their financial needs, and efficiently guide them through the loan application process. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to promote CashXpress lending and financial products to potential customers.
- Effectively explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility requirements, and repayment options to clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Profile and qualify potential leads, assessing their financial needs to match them with the right loan products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
- Follow up with existing clients for loan renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and relationship building.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in banking, lending, or fintech).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and high-pressure sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity when handling financial transactions.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or holds a High School Diploma with relevant work experience.
