Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Telesales Representatives to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, side-by-side coaching sessions, and training workshops to improve sales conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Optimize sales scripts and outreach methodologies to improve lead-to-close efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment on lead generation and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across the sales department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably within a B2B telesales environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the sales funnel, lead management, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
