Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Telesales Representatives to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, side-by-side coaching sessions, and training workshops to improve sales conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable data-driven insights to senior management.
- Optimize sales scripts and outreach methodologies to improve lead-to-close efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment on lead generation and campaign objectives.
- Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across the sales department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably within a B2B telesales environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the sales funnel, lead management, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
