  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of telesales representatives.
  • Monitor call metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead qualification to final contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize lead generation and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations during sales interactions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a telesales or inside sales management role.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding team-based revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
