Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing banking customers to promote personal loan and credit facilities.
- Explain complex loan features, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly and accurately.
- Effectively identify customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions that meet their requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and resolve objections with professionalism to build long-term trust.
- Participate in regular team briefings to align on campaign strategies and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (banking experience is highly preferred).
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient personality with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with CRM software or lead management tools.
- Committed to a 12-month contractual duration.
