- Proactively contact potential customers via telephone to promote banking products and services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products and addressing customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems
- Stay updated on banking products, regulations, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service role, preferably in banking
- Excellent communication skills with persuasive and confident demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
