Tanggung Jawab
- Persuasively present product/service features and benefits to potential customers via phone
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize sales strategies and messaging
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated sales achievement history
- Strong active listening and objection-handling capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
