Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency a plus
