Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate KPay's product value proposition to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from initial lead generation through to closing the deal.
  • Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • High level of resilience and a positive attitude towards handling rejections.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software is highly desirable.
