- Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified sales leads and drive revenue
- Build rapport with potential customers through persuasive communication techniques

- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads systematically

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- 1+ years of sales/call center experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills

- Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
