Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote healthcare and aesthetic services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and product knowledge
- Update and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with medical teams to provide accurate service information
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales or telesales
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Strong persuasive abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in healthcare or beauty industry is advantageous
