Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls and digital channels to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
- Provide timely follow-ups to warm leads to ensure a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales and overcoming objections.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- High proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude toward rejection.
- A dedicated, distraction-free home office setup with stable high-speed internet connectivity.
