Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and outreach strategies for better conversion.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on call activity and sales progress to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently under a WFH arrangement.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (MS Office).
  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, ITE, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals.
