Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for the telesales team.
  • Analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective coaching strategies.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated database of client interactions and sales leads.
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts, pitch strategies, and objection handling techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Foster a positive and results-oriented team culture through consistent motivation and feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
