Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for the telesales team.
- Analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective coaching strategies.
- Maintain an accurate and updated database of client interactions and sales leads.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts, pitch strategies, and objection handling techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented team culture through consistent motivation and feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
