Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record routine financial transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Provide excellent customer service and assist members with their banking inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on members' financial needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Identify potential fraudulent activities and report suspicious transactions
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily transaction reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial transactions
- Proficiency in using banking software and office applications
- Must be trustworthy with high integrity and ethical standards
