Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and financial product information.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM Level education (SPM/MCE) or equivalent.
- Excellent calculation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Conversant in Mandarin (a distinct advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of banking software.
