Tanggung Jawab
- Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with high accuracy.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service to address client inquiries regarding account balances and service features.
- Maintain precise records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
- Identify opportunities to promote and explain digital financial products or services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and financial regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace at the service counter.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a banking-related role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding customer data.
- Willingness to work on a full-time basis in Kabupaten Tangerang.
