Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving banking issues
- Maintain precise transaction records and prepare required operational reports
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with system records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong proficiency in basic financial transactions and banking terminology
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
