Tanggung Jawab
- Process, encode, and balance all financial transactions at the branch with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Handle cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check processing
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare daily reports
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and cash drawer
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems
- Integrity and trustworthiness with a strong commitment to ethical standards
