Tanggung Jawab
- Process currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and daily balances
- Verify identification and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
- Assist with foreign currency sales and purchases
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Stay updated on current exchange rates and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in currency exchange or banking industry preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
