Rural Bank Of Angeles, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Teller / New Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic team in Trece Martires City, Cavite. You will be responsible for handling over-the-counter transactions, assisting with account openings, and maintaining accurate financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, check encashments, and bill payments.
- Process new account openings, including savings, current, and time deposits, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Perform account maintenance tasks such as issuance of ATM cards, passbooks, and stop payment orders.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to meet branch revenue targets.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in a bank teller or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications and banking software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- With SSS/GSIS/Medicare ID is an advantage.
