Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile daily transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries
- Actively promote bank products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Operate banking software and digital transaction systems
- Balance daily transactions and report discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking or customer service
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
