Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash and non-cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, including security and anti-fraud measures
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is advantageous
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software
