Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing professional assistance via phone and in-person.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations at the facility.
  • Address and resolve customer queries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the database system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless event coordination and service delivery.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week as scheduled.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player.
  • Available for an immediate start and able to commit to the 6-month contract duration.
