Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival at the clinic.
  • Assist patients with the registration process using the internal clinic management system.
  • Manage patient queue systems and provide clear wayfinding directions within the facility.
  • Coordinate and schedule follow-up medical appointments and consultations.
  • Handle basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing of medical records.
  • Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding clinic services.
  • Assist with health screening protocols, including temperature taking and health declarations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the patient waiting areas and reception counters.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Higher Nitec, or equivalent qualification.
  • No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (multilingualism is a plus).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
