Join dormakaba's dynamic logistics team as a Temp Shipping/Receiving Assistant and play a critical role in our supply chain operations. This 6-month contract position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end shipment coordination while ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our manufacturing and distribution channels. You'll be responsible for maintaining meticulous documentation compliance, verifying shipment accuracy, and coordinating with carriers to guarantee timely deliveries. As a key contributor to our logistics team, you'll support inventory management by processing incoming/outgoing shipments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. - Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes including receiving, verification, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate documentation compliance for all shipments and customs requirements
- Track and monitor shipment statuses to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Support inventory management through systematic record-keeping and stock verification
- Assist in warehouse operations including palletizing, labeling, and storage protocols
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies for material handling
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Proficiency in inventory management systems or similar software
- Physical ability to handle goods and operate warehouse equipment
