We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Temporary Customer Relations Executive (Scheduler) to support our operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key point of contact between clients and our auditors, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, handling client requests, and updating schedule information with high accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage auditor schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Respond to incoming client inquiries regarding audit scheduling and status updates.
- Maintain and update accurate records of auditor availability and client preferences.
- Communicate schedule changes, confirmations, and reminders to auditors and clients promptly.
- Handle correspondence and route messages to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues to minimize disruption.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a scheduling, customer relations, or call center role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent written communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
