Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all culinary operations and kitchen management for the duration of the contract, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and execute innovative, high-quality menus that align with the 5-star fine dining concept and local culinary traditions where appropriate.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with the F&B management team to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Address guest feedback and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, particularly with experience in high-end culinary arts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and train kitchen staff.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food cost control, and inventory management.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Flexibility and adaptability to quickly integrate into a new team and operational structure for a temporary role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
