Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English, Mathematics, and Thematic Learning (IPC).
- Implement the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) to foster inquiry-based learning.
- Assess, monitor, and record the progress of students in line with school policies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for upper primary students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure cohesive teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification (e.g., PGDE, B.Ed).
- Experience teaching in primary education, preferably in an international or IPC setting.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and child development.
