You will oversee the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items meet our strict criteria before they are distributed or processed. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on raw materials, finished goods, and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Verify the quantities and physical condition of incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inspect transportation vehicles and cargo to identify any damage or safety hazards during transit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection logs, reports, and digital records in the warehouse management system.
- Report any damaged goods, missing items, or quality deviations to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure smooth loading and unloading processes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15kg) for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for accurate inventory counting and record-keeping.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends, as required by operations.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
