Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver structured Sempoa SIP lessons following standardized curriculum and training guidelines
- Prepare teaching materials and visual aids to support effective learning sessions
- Maintain positive, patient, and respectful interaction with students during all activities
- Collaborate with teaching team to align lesson plans and student progress tracking
- Conduct periodic student assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in professional development workshops to enhance teaching methodologies
- Create inclusive classroom environments that encourage active participation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in teaching or training, preferably in abacus/mathematics education
- Strong ability to implement training protocols effectively in classroom settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and approachability
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in team environments
- Basic computer literacy for administrative and reporting tasks
