Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pesticide products to farmers and agricultural businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for farmers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity summaries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for those with agricultural or marketing background
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
