SM Supermalls is seeking a dynamic Tenant, Food Services & Catering Specialist to join our team at the prestigious Cebu Arena. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the food and beverage landscape of the city’s newest premier destination.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between SM Supermalls and our diverse range of food tenants and catering partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that our F&B offerings meet the high standards expected by our guests while maintaining seamless day-to-day operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tenant relations, ensuring high standards of service and operational compliance within the Cebu Arena food zones.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new food service providers, catering partners, and event concessionaires.
- Monitor daily performance metrics of F&B tenants, providing constructive feedback and strategies for growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments for event-specific catering requirements to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries.
- Analyze sales trends and foot traffic data to optimize tenant space allocation and menu variety.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to drive venue F&B sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management, catering operations, or retail tenant management.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP) and local sanitation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments, particularly during large-scale events or peak seasons.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting software; experience with retail management systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated initiative and capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong command of English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
