Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tenant occupancy processes for F&B commercial spaces
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys and implement improvement strategies
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with marketing teams to attract high-quality F&B tenants
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies
- Resolve tenant issues promptly to ensure high retention rates
- Prepare occupancy reports and performance analytics for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in tenant relations or property management
- Proven track record in F&B sector partnerships or commercial leasing
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Jakarta's commercial real estate market
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
