Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary liaison between property management and tenants to ensure professional and efficient communication.
  • Manage tenant inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels across the property.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, security, and cleaning) to resolve tenant issues effectively.
  • Monitor and ensure tenant compliance with building regulations and house rules.
  • Facilitate the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all administrative documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain organized records of tenant interactions and report trends to management to improve operational workflows.
  • Organize and host tenant engagement events to foster a sense of community within the property.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Tenant Relation roles.
  • Strong background in the Mall, Apartment, or Retail property industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient approach to conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work professionally under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
