Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between property management and tenants to ensure professional and efficient communication.
- Manage tenant inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels across the property.
- Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, security, and cleaning) to resolve tenant issues effectively.
- Monitor and ensure tenant compliance with building regulations and house rules.
- Facilitate the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all administrative documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized records of tenant interactions and report trends to management to improve operational workflows.
- Organize and host tenant engagement events to foster a sense of community within the property.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Tenant Relation roles.
- Strong background in the Mall, Apartment, or Retail property industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient approach to conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work professionally under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
