We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Admin with a strong legal background to join our team in Jakarta Timur. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our procurement strategy by managing the submission of tenders through the Indonesian Electronic Procurement System (LPSE) and various other government procurement platforms. You will also be responsible for the comprehensive management of our e-catalog administration, ensuring that all product listings and data are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with company and regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity for a legal professional to bridge the gap between corporate administration and regulatory compliance.

As a Tender Admin, you will ensure that all tender documentation is processed efficiently and accurately, minimizing the risk of errors. Your legal expertise will be crucial in reviewing bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender terms and conditions, and managing the submission lifecycle. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for e-catalog queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain our competitive edge in the marketplace. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and submit tender proposals through the Indonesian Electronic Procurement System (LPSE) and other authorized government platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of the company's e-catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate and compliant.
  • Review and analyze legal tender documents to ensure full compliance with bid requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain a centralized database of all tender activities, submissions, and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data and documents for tender submissions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to government procurement regulations and internal administrative procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender administration, government procurement, or legal support roles.
  • Familiarity with the LPSE system and e-catalog management processes is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
