Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of tender processes from RFP issuance to contract award
- Ensure regulatory compliance and legal accuracy in all contract documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth contract execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive contract databases and reporting systems
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contract-related issues
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contract/tender management within FMCG or food industry
- Proficiency in Indonesian procurement regulations and contract law
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in contract lifecycle management systems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
