As a Tender & Cost Control Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the bidding process, from initial cost estimation to final tender submission. You will play a vital role in analyzing project requirements, identifying potential risks, and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough tender analysis and prepare comprehensive cost estimations for engineering projects.
- Develop and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on technical drawings and project specifications.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control procedures to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Collaborate with the procurement and project management teams to facilitate smooth project transitions from bidding to execution.
- Prepare regular financial reports, cost forecasts, and variance analysis for senior management.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of material costs and labor rates within the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Tendering or Cost Control within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of engineering blueprints, technical specifications, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with external vendors.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and verbal).
